The guided journey runs over 12 weeks, but you’ll have access to all course materials for 12 months. To gain the deepest benefit, I recommend completing all 4 Fundamentals within 6 months to stay connected to the momentum of your growth.
Not at all. While this training is Yoga Alliance certified and provides a strong foundation to guide others, many participants join for their own healing and embodiment.
